HC carnataka verdict on MD Plea Twitter is likely to come out on Tuesday

Bengaluru: The Karnataka High Court on Friday ordered his order on the petition submitted by Twitter Managing Director Manish Maheshwari, looking for dismissal of notifications issued by the Uttar Pradesh police.
Notification of June 21 issued by the Ghaziabad police asked him to appear in front of them regarding the investigation into a communal video clip circulation from a Muslim elderly man who was attacked.
After both parties concluded their argument, justice G Narendar showed that he would give his orders on Tuesday.
On June 24, the court had provided assistance to Maheshwari by holding the police to start coercive actions against him.
However ,, say the police can interrogate it.
According to the top police, Twitter ‘company master company’ produced by the Applicant shows a place in Bengaluru is only a place where all account books and letters are maintained and it is not a registered address or alternative address of the company’s alternative.
“Thus, the place cannot be considered as an official business place to give an action to the applicant to file this petition,” police said.
