There must be a reduction in a car unless there is parking guaranteed.

Bench comments came while hearing pills by Sandeep Thakur to provide adequate parking in development control regulations (DCR).
Thakur said a committee appointed by the state has recommended a more stringent parking norms to be included in the Navi Mumbai DCR, but the government, while implementing DCR in uniform for Metropolitan Mumbai region, drastically reduce it for Navi Mumbai.
The judges say new cities planned should not be like Mumbai, where there are cars everywhere and there is no place to walk.
“Forty percent of the road was taken for parking on both sides, ” said Justice Kulkarni.
He quotes a way on a signal that leads to cooperation and the conversation that is convulted.” We graduated every day from there.
After 3-4 months, the work is finished.
What for? For car parking, “he added.
Judges said Crores was spent on the concrete road and the utility was to park the car.
Justice Kulkarni called the misery of parking at the Crawford Market, saying “There is no place for citizens to walk on bylanes ”.
Justice Kulkarni said,” If we do not control it now, it will be a difficult way to be abandoned for the future.
“The judges also wondered what the state policy to register new vehicles only after showing proof of the parking space.
They say people cannot be allowed to buy a car without a parking space.
“You can allow cars as long as there is parking,” said Justice Kulkarni.
The judges asked Advocates Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation Sandeep Marne if they had a policy not to allow parking on the road.
“At least we think Navi Mumbai will make sense,” said Justice Kulkarni.
Marne said in rebuilding FSI up to 4 and would provide more parking space.
The judge said NMMC had to allow 3-4 basement parking levels.
Justice Kulkarni said, ‘ Pune allows 3-level basement parking in the 14-storey building.
Why can’t you? “The problem was postponed after the country’s advocate was looking for time to answer.
