“This crime is a more evil nature when they intend to destroy the economic fabric and financial development of the state,” said Justice Bharati Dangre in its order.
“Such violations occur in many and have resulted in the division of the nation’s growth as a whole and has also caused the economic decline in the nation,” he added.

(DHFL) Board.
Kapoor Trio, nesting In the Byculla women’s prison, argued that the CBI court judge was wrong in observing that the allegations of their Prima Facie showed involvement with other allegations in receiving a loan “as Quid Pro Quo to be shown by the Yes Bank for DHFL”.
But the HC command says: “It is clear that All applicants (Kapoors and Anand) are thought to have been involved in submitting violations, which have resulted in serious dents on the health of state financial and deceiving the community in general.
“Arguing for Kapoors, senior counsel Amit Desai and Mahesh Jethmalani said that since they appeared in court after the call and had filed a guarantee, they should have been released.
