Nagpur: The day after condemning citizen bodies to regulate the plot of public utilities illegally, which are leased to the private sector or encroachment, the Nagpur bench of the Bombay High Court on Thursday was appointed by Justice (retirees) of Zaka Haq to ask all of these cases.

On Wednesday, the judges direct the head of the NMC and the head of NIT to personally pay attention to this case and ensure that the entire record and process of ordering the applicant’s plot is delivered, and every failure will be taken seriously.
