New Delhi: Delhi HC refused on Monday every help to the online website checking websites seeking new information technology rules.
Judge C Shankar Day and Subramonium Prasad Disagree with Plavda Media Foundation, Alt News Parent Company, that the rules for regulating digital media must remain on the grounds that new notifications have been issued for them to comply or face coercive actions.
