Thiruvananthapuram: In an assistance to Kerala University, a division bench of the high court has remained for 3 months that the only chair arrangement that nullified the college telling, on the grounds of which it had appointed 58 instructing faculties.
The only chair had announced invalid the college decision to look at all sections as one unit for planning the booking roster.
The only bench had the belief that the college can not look at all divisions as one unit since it pertains to breach at the constitutional provision.
The only bench order had shipped shockwaves since it would cause the work loss of faculties that the university had mistreated lately.
The division bench handed the dictates following the appeals filed from the college and the state authorities.
