New Delhi: Actor Bollywood Juhi Chawla relieved from the Delhi High Court which on Thursday said comments made against him in connection with the petition that challenged the launch of the 5G wireless network in this country.
Vipin Sanghi justice and justice Jasmeet Singh also reduced the costs imposed by a single judge about Chawla from Rs 20 Lakh to Rs 2 Lakh, agreed with the stand that he did not take 5G problems in “reckless and casual ways”.
The bench, however, is indicated to Chawla that an artist must use his own intelligence when submitting a document in court.
This allowed his appeal against the single judge’s order last year where the lawsuit was submitted by him and the other two were dismissed with the observation that it was “defective”, “legal process harassment”, and submitted to “get publicity”.
Chawla volunteered to work with the authority and features of Delhi state legal services in the program to empower marginalized parts of the community.
