PATNA: The Patna high court has been left handed for putting a non-emergent civil issue prior to a holiday chair for deciding that will be in breach of provision of The Patna High Court Rules, 1916. The yearly holiday for Patna high court has started from May 22 and it’ll finish on June 20. Rule 4 of Chapter II of these 1916 principles lays down powers that one judge while acting in a very long holiday for a holiday judge may drill.
