NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court on Tuesday granted bail to JNU Pupils Natasha Narwal and Devangana Kalita and Jamia Millia Islamia Pupil Asif Iqbal Tanha, That Had Been Detained under the Strict Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act in connection with a Situation Associated with conspiracy at the north West Delhi riots in February This past Year.
The three accused have been detained in May a year ago in relation to the riots in north west Delhi.

The high court led Pinjra Tod band activists Narwal and Kalita and Tanha to surrender their passports and to not provide some inducement to prosecution witnesses or witnesses with the evidence in the situation.
It led them to provide a personal bond of Rs 50,000 each and two sureties of the similar quantity.
The three accused will not indulge in any criminal actions and will live in the address as stated in prison documents, the high court stated.
Communal clashes had broken up from north west Delhi on February 24 final year after violence involving citizenship law fans and protesters spiralled out of control leaving 53 people dead and about 200 injured.
Tanha had contested that a trial court’s October 26, 2020 order blowing his bail application on grounds which he supposedly played an active part in the whole conspiracy using reasonable grounds for thinking that the allegations to be prima facie true.
Narwal and Kalita had contested the trial court’s January 28 sequence disregarded their bond pleas, saying the allegations against these were prima facie true and terms of anti-terror legislation have been invoked in the current case.
They’d had filed their interests demanding a trial court order dismissing their bond pleas at a Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) instance about the riots.
