Mumbai: A man who allegedly followed an underage child and raped him had been guaranteed by the Bombay High Court who observed that his complaint showed that they were in a relationship.
Prakash justice regulation rose to be forwarded in a bail application.
The defendant was ordered by the Manchar Police Station, District Pune, for rape, stalking and under ACT Pocso.
FIR said he was (then 26) following the victims (then 16) on the way from school since September 2018.
In December 2018, with the pretext of some work, he asked to visit his house.
There he did sexually abuse and threatened the terrible consequences for him and his family.
Followed again in January and February 2019.
After his family learned that he was pregnant, FIR was submitted on July 19, 2019.
The court session Rajgurunagar denied the allegations of the guarantee in November 2019.
The advocate of Gungta said the accusation was wrong and even with their assumption was true, it was consensal.

The Sr Agarkar prosecutor said that the congratulations were underage children at the time of the incident and were forced to have a physical relationship.

Prakash’s justice rose after reading firs on August 26, said, “At his request, he visited the place and in (December) 2018, the defendant had subjected him to had sexual relations.

“Justice rises also noted that the girl’s pregnancy has been stopped and the DNA report is awaited.
“Considering the factual aspects, further detention of the applicant is not guaranteed.
He was detained from July 20, 2019.
There was no criminal anteceden,” he added, directed his release on private bonds.
