Bengaluru: Submission of Habeas Corpus petition for the production of his two-year-old daughter, who is in a safe custody of his mother, is proven expensive for the population of Bengaluru.

In his petition, Gaurav claimed his wife forcibly took the baby, who was in care, on October 5, 2021.
The wife claimed the baby Hale and Hearty and got routine care in Kathousoli, near New Delhi.
He claimed her husband to misuse the jurisdiction of Habeas Corpus petition.
