Chandigarh: The Punjab High Court and Haryana provide temporary guarantees to the sad leader of Bikram Singh Majithia on Monday in connection with the NDPS case that enrolled against it.
Majithia’s advice Sobti said the leader of Shiromani Akali Dal (sad) will join an investigation on Wednesday.
He said the court had provided an interim guarantee of Majithia in this matter.
“After seeing all the records, the High Court gave instructions that this was a case where he could join the investigation and when he joined the investigation, he would not be arrested,” Sobti told reporters here.
Majithia, ordered under narcotics narcotics and psychotropic (NDPS) substances last month, has transferred a high court seeking anticipatory guarantee in this case after the Court Mohali rejected the assurance request for an her anxiety on December 24.

NDPS acts based on the 2018 probe report into a drug racket in Punjab.
Majithia is the brother of IPRawi, Head of Sad Sukhbir Singh Badal and the Former Brother of the Union Minister of Harsimrat Kaur Badal.
