Alwar / Jaipur: Rajasthan HC on Monday summarized the team of alertness to investigate the allegations of a mother against the Special Judge of the Bharatpur District Court which he was anesthetic and sodomy of his son (14) for a month after making friends with a tennis club.
The judge has been suspended for now.
The team of vigilance arrived at Bharatpur a day after the boy made a complaint naming a special judge Jitendra Singh as one of three people suspected sexually attacked his son.
He also wrote to PM Narendra Modi, CM Ashok Gehlot and DGP countries, accused that his family was threatened and pressed to withdraw this case.
The police have not recorded the boy’s statement.
The police are technically unable to interrogate special judges without a high court permission, SP Devendra Bishnoi said.
Children underwent a medical examination on Sundays, but officials refused to leak the findings.
In his letter to PM, the boy said the Gate Police Station Mathura initially refused to register his complaint against Singh’s special judge and accused Anshul Soni and Rahul Katara.
