Ranchi: Jharkhand High Court on Monday ordered the Jharkhand Public Service Commission to inform whether there was a reservation given to candidates who emerged in the 7th JPSC initial exam held last year’s message while hearing the request submitted by one of the candidates, Kumar Sanyam, and directed The Commission to submit a report and informs of how many candidates from the ordered categories have been selected in the general category.
The Commission also has to provide a detailed seat-wise category with a written statement before the Introduction Court.
Advocates also claim that the government has no order policy for candidates who appear in the preliminary examination.
Read more say there are 114 seats in the general category and according to the norm, the results announced must have 15 times the number of candidates from the allocated chair.
A total of 1,710 candidates should be chosen but only 768 candidates have been declared successful.
“This proves that reservations have been given to candidates in the preliminary examination,” VATS claims.
