The Bombay High Court on Monday said it was worried about media reports about the small children of the Shilpa Shetty actor following her husband’s arrest whose husband Raj Kundra was in connection with the production and distribution of pornographic films.
Justice Gautam Patel heard the suit filed by Shetty on alleged articles and video slandering published against him and his family after the arrest of Kundra in July.
Shetty, in its request, has searched the media detained from publishing content “wrong, evil, dangerous and slanderous”.

The court has, in July, said it could not cross the joke command on the media about reporting anything against Shetty.
However, it has been directed to three videos uploaded on YouTube to be removed.
On Monday, Shetty’s advice, Abhinav Chandrachud, told the court that they were in talks with most of the defendants (media outlets and individuals who run blogs and vlogs), and many of them have agreed to remove unpleasant posts.
Bench, while posting a problem to hear further on October 1, direct the plaintiff to separate the defendant into two categories – personal vloggers and bloggers, and traditional media outlets.
“Traditional media will understand the reasons and suggestions that are competent.
We cannot say the same thing about this vlogging and personal blogger,” Justice Patel said.

The court also asked Chandrachud why the Plaintiff was in a hurry to be heard.
“You (Shetty) will not be able to get permanent commands (against media reports), then why are you in a hurry? This is related to Raj Kundra will last longer,” Justice Patel said.
“I’m not worried about Shilpa Shetty …
He will handle himself.
I care more about his young children.
Media reports about Shetty’s personal life with their children interested …
in the things there, It is the children in the middle, “said Justice Patel.
