Ranchi: Today’s Jharkhand High Court asks from the Federation of Chamber of Commerce and Industrial Jharkhand and Corporation of the city of Ranchi about how much market complex in the top bazaar that has non-permission stores in their respective parking areas.
The court heard the pill submitted by one Yadav PANKAV in connection with illegal parking and encroachment in the upper bazaar area.
The environment, which is known for its commercial activities, experience predicts traffic regularly due to illegal car parking.
The road width has diminished to be half due to encroachment, the Petitioner said.
This case will be heard on September 30.
The court has ordered the city corporation to submit a written statement in this matter.
