Prasagraj: Registering a letter petition as a pill that refers to the death of a 17-year-old girl in Nari Niketan, Khuldabad in Prayagraj, the High Court of Allahabad on Friday directing state advice to find instructions within 10 days.
While directing to register for this pill on September 3 before the court, the division bench consisting of the acting Chair of Munishwar Nath Bhandari and Justice Rajendra Kumar IV directing court registration to supply a copy of the Petition (AAG) additional gouces.
The court was further directed that Manish Goyal’s name was shown in the list of cases to place appearance on behalf of the respondent.
In his letter, the applicant, the clinic of legal aid and prayag and four others, has brought a court notice suspected of being the death of the 14-year-old little girl custodian, which according to them committed suicide in August 7, 2021 by hanging himself in Nari Niketan, Khuldabad , Prasagraj, which is a house to take refuge in the government for women.
In the letter, the Petitioner has asked the court to take the action of Suo Motu against the authorities responsible for negligence who the girl died by committing themselves.
