Kamaal Khan has challenged the temporary order of the Mumbai Court issued in June this year at the defamation settings submitted by Salman Khan against the first on his comments on the film “Radhe” and several videos and other comments.
The court at the time held Kamaal Khan from posting or publishing content that had slandered about Salman Khan, his business and / / film, family members, until the final assignment in the case of defamation.
However, in his appeal filed in the HC submitted through Advocate Manoj Gadkari, Kamaal Khan claimed the command while the low court was no less than “command gag”.
He said he was a film critic and was quite criticizing the film “Radhe” where Salman Khan, “the 55-year-old, acting like a teenager”.
The applicant also claims the low court order violates its fundamental rights to practice his trade – that of a film critic, and thus, preventing it from getting a legitimate livelihood.
He said in his appeal that he had not made a comment or posted a video and tweet with the intention of slandering Salman Khan or the films.
“Lower trials should not be remembered that film viewers cannot be stopped from making comments on films or characters in the film, or whether the actors in the film are beaten or failed,” he said in his request.
He also claimed in his appeal that the low court had done a “dirty error” in the command command, and that the order was “illegal”.
Advice for Salman Khan and several other respondents told HC that they received a copy of the appeal of Kama Khan on Wednesday night, and looked for time to take instructions from their clients.
HC will hear further requests after two weeks.
