Quoting the names of former HC judges such as RG Deshpande, Kishor Rohee, MN Gilani, AP Deshpande and others, the Applicant said the Bench mat here is one of the best in the state, but now suffers from vacancies.
“Respondents need to see the problem of the lack of staff and take steps immediately to fill vacancies so the function of the court is not hampered.
