Nagpur: Nagpur bench from the Bombay High Court has issued a notification to the Division Commissioner and others in the petition submitted by private companies and directors allege that the company was deliberately disqualified from the tender process quoted by 20 electro-chlorinator plants.
The tender floated for the installation of electro chlorinator factories as part of the regional water supply scheme under mineral development funds in Chandrapur for 97 works worth RS5.25 Crore.
The division bench consisting of Judge Sunil Shukre and Anil Pansare directed respondents, including Chandrapur Zilla Parish executive officials and executive engineers of the Department of Water and others, to reply within two weeks.
Applicants – Rite Water Solutions and Director Abhijeet bro – Through the advice of Shread Bhandarkar and Lakhani Renu showed that the respondents failed to consider Korgendum October 1, 2021, which relaxed the condition of the bidder to install 20 chlorination plants.

The invention that Corrigendum was deliberately ignored for rivals, the Petitioners called it a case of cartelization and monopolies of public works that were striking by respondents.
Applicants argue that they have installed around 15 chlorinator factories from 2001 to 2021, but their offer was rejected.
“We have been through Corrigendum and consider the submission carried out by the Petitioner’s advisor.
We direct that if there is a work assignment issued, it will submit to the results of the petition,” said the judges said.
Applicants pray for independent investigations and necessary actions against respondents by asking for their responsibility for malpractice and to act in collusion and relations with rivals and concerns of his sister.
