Jaipur: Rajasthan High Court on Wednesday issued a notification to the main secretary (education), DGP, Director of Basic Education, and Secretary of the Secondary Education Council in the Petition seeking the CBI Probe into allegations of paper leaks and other malpractices during the reet examination on September 26.
While issuing notifications to officials, Judge Indrajeet Singh’s court posted a trial to October 27, adviser to the applicant, RP Saini.
The Petitioner said the question papers in the City Gangapur at the Madhopur Arcs were leaked at 8:30 a.m.
when the exam began at 10 am.

The applicant said the police had distributed question papers to many candidates after taking money before the exam began.

The Applicant is looking for an inspection cancellation while looking for the CBI probe.
The Rajasthan Secondary Education Board (RBSE) is the Nodal Agency to REET on the basis of 33,000 class 3 teachers will be appointed.
More than 16 Lakh aspirants have been sitting for the State Exam and Government have made complicated arrangements, including free trips for candidates.
The government, so far, has taken action against around two dozen government employees, including races and officers Rp, because of their involvement in malpractice.
SOG also conducted an investigation into allegations.
