Nagpur: Nagpur bench from the Bombay High Court has ordered an investigation into lawyers for allegedly suppressing facts while submitting a guarantee application of a rape convict.
Justice Rohit Deo has asked the main district and session to assess here to investigate allegations against lawyers who practiced in a lower court and submit a report on Friday at 2:30 a.m.

“I was limited to recording strong reservations and disagreements of unhealthy hunting / forum practices and indeed insulting by submitting consecutive assurance applications before different judges / courts without revealing the required details,” said Justice Deo.
The direction came while hearing a petition for the guarantee submitted by Swapnil Ramteke, accused of raping a 13-year-old girl on July 12.
The defendant was ordered based on section 376 along with the protection of children from sexual violations (Pocso) acting by.

Without a preliminary investigation, it is unfair to observe further,” Justice Deo said.
He directed the principal judge to submit a photocopy of the entire first and second application records submitted by Ramteke and to record Prima Facie found whether it was preferred without instructions and whether all facts were disclosed.
Registrar (Judicial) was told to deliver the direction of HC to the principal’s judge immediately.
