New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Tuesday proposes to reduce from Rs 20 Lakh to Rs 2 Lakh costs charged on the actress Juhi Chawla and the other two if he agreed to throw for a good purpose, considering he had a public presence.
The cost has been applied by a single judge from the High Court while rejecting his request against 5G.
Chawla adviser, senior advocate Salman Khurshid, for his instructions, agreed to the suggestion of the court that came during hearing appeal against the command refused his lawsuit.
The bench issued notification to the Secretary of the State Law Service Authority Delhi, was looking for his response to appeal and registered this problem to hear further on January 27.
Khurshid proposed that if the amount of cost can be released, they can return to pursue the cause.
“We will not ignore the complete costs but we can reduce substantially from Rs 20 Lakh to Rs 2 Lakh.
But it comes with a condition.
