Ranchi: The Jharkhand High Court on Friday attracted the CBI because he did not investigate the murder case of Dhanbad’s judge correctly.
The Head of the Chief Justice Division Dr.
Ravi Ranjan and Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad while hearing the online petition ordered the agency to produce a Narco test report conducted on two defendants who had been arrested in this case.
Rising in oral observations said the murder had not happened because of cellphone theft or other trivial problems.
There are greater conspiracies that need to be excavated, said the court.
The court will again hear the problem on January 21.
The previous high court attracted the CBI for submitting a stereo charging sheet in this case.
Even though the cargo sheet was conveyed by the murder, there was no investigation to prove the murder because there was no motive in the cost sheet.
Anand Uttam’s murder was caught on camera and CCTV recording had become a viral that showed him walking near Randhir Verma Chowk in Dhanbad on July 28, 2021 at 5 am.
The judge was beaten by a car rickshaw with passengers who sat in front together with the driver.
