HC refused the request of cave education staff for VAX made voluntary

Panaji: Teaching and non-teaching school and college staff who have not taken the Covid-19 vaccine must continue to produce negative RT-PCR tests every week at their own expense, if they do not have a medical certificate for the exception of vaccines.

The applicant was delivered to the High Court that they were made to stand in the queue with symptomatic patients and sometimes expelled from the test center and told to report only if they had symptoms.
They also submitted that the doctor at the Covid-19 Hospital in GMC which came close to positive patients was more susceptible to infection, but did not have a circular on a similar route issued by the Directorate of Health Services.
Teaching and non-teaching staff suggested that the government make provisions for free RT-PCR testing facilities.
