Mumbai: The Bombay High Court on Thursday refused to cancel the first information report (FIR) submitted by the CBI against former Minister of Maharashtra Anil Deshmukh on charges of corruption and violations.
Judge S Shinde and J Jamadar said at the request of Deshmukh looking for Arrangement of FIR “deserved to be dismissed.” FIR was registered against Deshmukh and some unknown people on April 24 this year on charges of corruption and errors after the preliminary investigation that the Central Investigation Bureau (CBI) was carried out in accordance with the High Court orders.
HC also refused Deshmukh’s request to keep judging to give him time to appeal the same thing.
