Pune: The Bombay High Court on Tuesday rejected the developer who was imprisoned by Deepak Sakhar Kulkarni aka the DSK guarantee tree, but gave a guarantee to his wife, Hemanti, in the alleged economic fraud RS2.091.11-Crore by the DSK company group.

Full text orders, including guarantee conditions for Hemanti, will be released in time.
The order was not uploaded on the High Court website (HC) until 9pm on Tuesday.
Special public proceror Pravin Chavan told TII, “The court has carried out the power of his wisdom below Section 437 of the criminal procedure code while providing guarantees to Hematti, especially on the reasons for the defendant as a five-year-old woman and spent more than three.
And half a year in prison.
