Nagpur: Armed with the opposition leader Devendra Fadnivis, Nagpur Bench High Court (HC) rejected a case submitted by Satish Lawyer Satish Uke accused him of getting a copy of the petition from the office of the government applicant through an invalid way.
Uke claimed that the former Main Minister had submitted an application for intervention in his application based on “stolen documents”.
The division bench consisting of Judge Vinay Deshpande and Amit Borkar clarified that the satisfaction of the applicant did not reveal recognizable violations.
“By considering the facts and circumstances as a whole, we have the view that they do not need to conduct an investigation to ascertain whether the violations are enalyly disclosed or not.
We found no accusation in complaints satisfying materials from one of the violations based on official secret laws, 1923.
“Bench added that only because Fadnavis uses a copy of the document in the judiciary process, it cannot be said that it removes documents with” dishonest “intentions.
“Coffee is produced to support the case of Fadnivis to enable HC to effectively try his rights in the judicial process involving alleged commission violations.
He has used them only to justify his stand in the writing petition.
Therefore, there is no ‘dishonest intention’ In the part cause the ‘wrong loss’ to the applicant or GP office and get ‘wrong benefits’ for himself, “said the judges.
