HC rejected the citabul in the guard guard against Glocal Mall

Nagpur: In a setback to the main shopkeeper of Sitabuldi, Nagpur bench from the Bombay High Court on Friday rejected the petition that claimed reliefs against Glocal Mall in the area.
While hearing the request by Garmen Samrat through Mitra Prasnana Modi accused the violation of infrastructure builders and did not act by the Nagpur repair (NIT), a division bench consisting of Judge Sunil Shukre and Antil Pansare did not find benefits in the petition.
Refusing to reconsider the problems set by the APEX court on January 22, 2019, the bench clarified that tenants claim a certain level for stores and other concessions while exploring the plan and permit building sanctions cannot be entertained.
