HC remains auctioned 18 hectares in Puppalaguda

Hyderabad: In the second setback in four days to the state government’s plan to sell 95 hectares in Puppalaguda Village at Gandipet Mandal District Rangeddy, the Telangana High Court on Friday continued to auction 18 hectares within 101 and ordered orders at 10 more hectares in the number survey 302.
The state government has decided to challenge orders to remain in the Supreme Court.
Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) has scheduled a 95 hectare auction on September 28, which is now in danger.
Previously on Tuesday, HC had lived an 11-hectare auction in the number 301 survey in Puppalaguda Village, explained that the state could not sell a plot of land where it had no degree.
Litigation on land that is notified by the Refugee Center from Pakistan during the partition where the state claims ownership.
The state has refused to recognize documents departed by the applicants and argues that they are not the claimed pre-partition tenants.
On Friday, the reserve of the Chairman of the Acting Makes MA Rao and Justice T Vinod Kumar was hearing the petition by Ramchander Singh and six others claimed the rights as a pre-partition tenant for 18 hectares in the survey number 301 in Puppalaguda and challenged the Tsian auction notification.
The bench still axed which said that the case had come back from the Supreme Court and it was inappropriate to fulfill the right to one of the two parties, applicants or countries, at this stage.
“If we allow the auction now, then it will create the interests of third parties in the country and will cause severe prejudice to the cause of the applicant,” Bench said.
