HC reserves according to floor-wise sales property

Chandigarh: The Punjab High Court and Haryana, on Thursday, the arrangement of his order in ongoing problems is related to property sales in the city.
After the applicant’s argument and respondent, the High Court flexed his assessment for the final order.
UT government has been submitted before the HC that no NOC was released to mention the floor of the property.
In HC’s instructions, UT has submitted a written statement from the Assistant Estate Officer (AEO) Harjeet Singh Sandhu.
“The plantation office does not issue the NOC which mentions certain floors.
There is no NOC like that which mentions the top floor of the share of owners / co-owners issued by the plantation office according to the record except those who might be issued on the basis of registered sales actions executed while the rules of the Chandigarh apartment, 2001 , is in fashion., “Affidavit reads.
