JAIPUR: The high court on Monday reserved its order on the petition demanding the suspension of Jaipur-Greater mayor Somya Gurjar.
The court imposed a penalty of Rs 50,000 on Mohanlal Nama for submitting an application trying to be a party to the request managing it as a publicity stunt.
The amount needs to be deducted from your Covid relief fund.
Rajendra Prasad, counselor for Gurjar, advised the court she was eliminated on the floor of’misconduct’ beneath Section-39 of the Municipalities Act, that hasn’t been correctly described in the Act.
The title of the petitioner wasn’t cited in the complaint delivered by the company commissioner into the state authorities nor at the FIR.
There was not any particular allegation from the mayor from the analysis report.
Based on Sections 38, 39 and 43 of the Municipalities Act, ” he cautioned the suspension proceeding be declared prohibited.
Prasad said sufficient time wasn’t awarded to the petitioner from the investigating officer to reply to the charges.

Advocate General MS Singhvi, on behalf of this state authorities, told the high court which the suspension of this mayor was lawful under the Municipalities Act.
Action can also be obtained on the basis of preliminary question.
The investigating officer from the subject was that the regional manager, local bodies, and he’d conducted an impartial and independent investigation.
Notice was served on the petitioner but no response had been given.
The petitioner could present her situation throughout the judicial question.
Advocate general also described that the misconduct of this petitioner in accordance with the Act.
In the request, the acting mayor Sheel Dhabhai hunted three months’ time in the top court to answer in service of the petitioner, that had been refused by the court.
