Ranchi: The Jharkhand High Court on Wednesday slapped Criminal Incansion at Advocate General (AG) Rajiv Ranjan and Aag Additional AAG (AAG) Sachin Kumar while directing the CBI to investigate the death of Tirkey, a police officer posted in Sahibjunj.
The court while submitting a case investigation to the CBI observed that the police had ignored important aspects of this case.
The police system seems to have failed and it is a suitable case for being taken by agency, the court observes.
The court also said that there was a possibility of political intervention in the investigation and must be investigated by the CBI, told advocate Rajeev Kumar.
Both Ranjan and Kumar have emerged for the state government in the Writ Criminal Petition submitted by Devanand Oraon, Mr.
Tirkey, looking for the CBI probe to mysterious death.
On August 13, AG and AAG told the court that they had heard advocate Rajeev Kumar, Devanand’s advice, said that he would definitely win this case assess 200 percent of success.
The Justice Court S K Dwivi directed public advocates to submit a written statement with a verbal statement before the bench.
Advocate General Rajiv Ranjan refused to submit any written statement and stated that he had made oral shipment quoted.
Responding to AG filing, Dwivedi justice has resigned from listening to the case but then, in the direction of the chairman of justice, he continued to hear this case.
On Wednesday, the judge said that Despsite gave several opportunities to the senior government to advise the tender for apologies for questioning the integrity of the court, they refused to do so.
Therefore the cause of the show was released to them to explain why the trial of criminal insulting was not started against them.
This problem will be heard again on September 18.
Advocate Rajeev Kumar, Devanand Oraon’s advice, also submitted a petition seeking the initiation of the insulting process against AG and AAG on the basis of damaging the court authority.
Rajeev Kumar said that the majesty of the court must be maintained with all costs and no one can damage the authority of the Legal Court.
Devanand Oraon has submitted a direct petition looking for a CBI investigation into the death of his daughter, Rupa Tirkey, officers are responsible for the culture of Sahibanj Mahila Thana.
Tirkey was found depending on the housing quarter on May 3 at Sahibjunj.
While the police in the investigation they had stated that the death of Tirkey was suicide, his father and relatives claimed that he had been killed.
