Chennai: Madras High Court has been ordered to maintain the status quo in the recruitment of ‘Archakas’ in Hindu temples.
Justice Dr.
Anita Sumanth gave a temporary command while entertaining the writing petition from all India Adi Saiva Sivachargal Seva Sangam last week.
Safe! You have managed to throw your voteogin to see the results of the last date to receive the application is August 7.
“Status-quo is maintained afterwards, until the order further,” said the judge and posted this problem until August 25 with direction to the authorities concerned to circulate the rules of the Tamil Nadu Tamil (service condition), 2020 to another parties in this case.
The Petitioner tried to cancel the ad issued on July 6 this year invited the application for Archaka posts, Odhuvars and Paricharakarakar to temples in the state.
It is proposed to appoint people to hold a certificate course as Archakas in temples.
Among other things, the Petitioner argues that the command that is revealed is arbitrary and violates the principles of natural justice.
The state government has failed to see that the qualification for the appointment of ‘Archakas’ is no longer Res Integra, because the same thing has been resolved by the Supreme Court in 2019.
The government is time and once again oppressors against members of Sangam Applicant and similar organizations, who give their malafide intentions, claimed.
The message is the same as the direct attack on the rights of members of the Petitioner Sangam and the same place people.
Authorities failed to see that the power to appoint Archaka could not be lowered or assigned to people who had no knowledge about the agamas or temple function.
The temple supervisor was empowered to appoint Archaka according to this section.
Thus, the beheaded command runs against the provisions of the actions and therefore, is responsible for rejection, the Petitioner said.
