Nagpur: Relieving Maharashtra minister and NCP spokesman Nawab Malik, Nagpur Bench High Court Bombay on Friday lived calls issued by the court session in Washim in complaints of defamation submitted by Sanjay Wankhede, relatives of Zonal Sameer NCB Sameer Wankhede.
The Additional Judge session has, on December 4, directs the Minister of Development of Maharashtra’s skills to appear before the court.
“Only Non-Applicant – Nawab Malik – Not required to be considered or heard, because at this stage the alleged defendant has no hearing to the complainant to answer on January 14.
Wankhede had prayed to the session court to investigate the police complaints submitted by him on November 6 against Malik who accused the commission of a violation could be punished under Section 3 (1) (q) (R) of the caste and the scheduled tribe (prevention of atrocities) ACT, 1989.
According to him, after NCB Zonal Director initiated actions against certain celebrities, Malik pampered himself in leveling false accusations against him, through a press conference and vice versa in the public domain.
The Minister also alleged that Sameer Wankhede was Muslim from birth and that he bought a fake caste certificate to secure a job, a word of complainant, adding his family targeted by Malik, intentionally and intentionally, because Sameer Wankhede had caught his son-in-law.
Malik’s advice JB Gandhi argues that the notification is very illegal and the application under the CRPC 156 (3) section does not make the case for the issuance of direction to be investigated.
In addition, the court in Washim does not have territorial jurisdiction to entertain the application, his advice said.
He said because the station responsible at the Washim Police Station was not a party, Malik was not intended as the only applicant.
Gandhi said the process was misuse of legal processes and the only intention to harass his clients to get cheap publicity.
