Guwahati: Kohima’s bench from the Gautati High Court has remained a Nagalaland government’s order that asked government employees to vaccinate with a dose or produce Covid negative reports every 15 days to attend the office, their salary failure will be stopped.
The order was forwarded on Wednesday after hearing pills that challenged the government’s head on July 17 issued by the main secretary.
In the order of July 17, the state government called on the Civil Secretariat and the Directorate to be fully vaccinated or produced Covid’s negative certificates every 15 days to attend the office, failed where the government would stop paying their salaries outside July 31 and they would be sent forced leave that had not been paid , During the trial, the government objected to the maintenance of pills and was conveyed that no temporary command was passed.
However, the court ordered to live in government order and was directed to register problems on August 18 along with other pils on the same problem.
“Until the date that can be returned, costs must not be charged for testing from government employees and their salaries should not be stopped for not vaccinated reasons,” said the court in the order.
It can be mentioned that the Government of Meghalaya has made it mandatory for shop owners, vendors, local taxi drivers and others to get themselves vaccinated before continuing the business.
However, the High Court of Meghalaya on June 23 ruled on any policy that made vaccination required to use other fundamental rights.
The order was passed to hear the petition that challenged the Klausa on SOP 29 which stated, “Only individuals are vaccinated from family members who can be detailed for assignments in and around the active location of Covid-19.”
