New Delhi: The Delhi High Court Friday said he would be heard on July 12, a request by a doctor who challenged the imposition of certain costs and observations made by the court while dismissing their petitions trying to delay the medical examination test (FGGE) for the Covid-19 situation applicable in this country.

The Petitioner, the MD doctor’s association, has appealed the challenges Judge’s order on June 11 which imposed a fee of Rs 25,000 and made certain comments while rejecting the petition trying to postpone the exam scheduled for June 18.
Associations, who also have members of several foreign medical graduates who have completed their main medical courses in foreign institutions, said there were a number of cities notified as the center for the FGMA screening test and a large number of candidates would be forced to travel without receiving even a dose of covid vaccine -19.
The single judge, while dismissing the petition said there was no doubt that when he arrived at the decision to hold FGRE – 2021 on the scheduled date, respondents, the National Examination Board (NMC) and the National Medical Commission (NMC) have considered all aspects of this problem.
The court said the second wave of Pandemic Covid-19 reached its peak in India in April and early May and afterwards had continued to decline and would be a public interest if more doctors added to the workforce to be ready for the third possible third wave.
“Even if not, there is no legal right to support the Applicant Association, representing 41 candidates, to seek delays in checks that have been registered by more than 18,000 candidates.
Uncomfortable candidates took the FMGE-June, 2021 free to take it in the next session.
“The fact is that the Covid-19 pandemic is the fact that someone must live with, for at least some time in the future, but all important activities must continue, even with the necessary preventive measures,” it has said.
The next court said that the association had approached the court at a very late stage, namely, June 6, when the information bulletin for FGRE-Jun, 2021 had been out since April 16 and the second wave peak of the second wave of Covid-19 pandemic appeared to be behind us.
Advocacy T Singhdev, which represents NMC, previously argued, “We need more doctors because the third wave of the virus will come.
This is a test for the whole nation and not only for some of these applicants.
If they do not want to take the exam now, they can give it In December but they could not stop the tests for everyone in this country.
”
The association has tried to set aside the time schedule to conduct FGME June 2021 in the April 15 notification and the April 16 information bulletin entitled ‘Information on Exam Medical Medical Examination Information Test Test Bulletin 2021 Session’ published by NBE.
The request said that in accordance with the Indian Medical Council Regulation and 2002 screening testing regulations, people who had medical qualifications provided by foreign institutions were required to fulfill the FMGE filtering test requirements to receive recognition of their medical qualifications and registered for the State Medical Council to practice Medicine in India.
The request said on the one hand the authorities had postponed the national feasibility test (postgraduate) -2021 because of the ongoing pandemic, on the other hand, they had decided to do the FMGE screening test during the country to overcome the second wave and prepare the third wave of pandemics.
Challenging April notifications and information bulletins, the Petitioner argues that the decision of the authorities arbitrarily and does not make sense and look for FMGE delay to later.
