Mumbai: The Bombay High Court on Thursday said that he would hear Plea Guarantee Aryan Khan (23), actor Shah’s son Rukh Khan, in the case of roaming drug bust on October 26.
The day after the guarantee application was rejected by the court of special trial, Arya moved HC.
He has taken additional reasons before the HC for the guarantee tree, including the refusal of the alleged non-cooperation in all types in his application to date, and there is no claim by NCB so far he has not given a name and therefore.
Claim now that he does not provide the name or details of people “wrong and contrary to the note”.

He said no one was found in a 23-year-old child and there was no evidence at all in the case registered by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) against him.
The trial court also rejected the application of Arbaaz traders who were accused of being joint (26) and Munmun Dhamecha (28).
While both of them submitted a separate petition for the guarantee before the Bombay High Court, Dhamecha Ali’s lawyer Kaashif Khan was also searched for and given October 26 as the hearing date, after the annealed ASG Singh for NCB was looking for time until then.
