Kolkata: The Calcutta High Court has agreed to record a record of information submitted by Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee, Minister of Law Moloy Ghatak and the state government in response to the CBI application to transfer Narada cases outside the country.
The PLE CBI was made on the grounds that CM and Ghatak had led Dharna in the Kolkata office and “Mobokrasion” surpassed the court process on May 17, the day of the two TMC ministers, MLA and former mayors, were arrested in case.
On Wednesday, the HC bench allows applications submitted by the State, CM and Minister of Law, which can pay each RS 5,000.
The bench also gave CBI 10 days to submit the answer.
The next hearing is scheduled for July 15.
Applicants have moved the bench towards the Supreme Court, which canceled the Bench HC command.
It has refused to record their written statements in the field that they were waiting to do it after the argument in this case concluded.
In Affidavit the answer, cm denied the CBI’s allegations about events after the arrest of Subrata Minister Mukherjee and Firhad Judge, Mla Madan Mitra and former TMC Sovan Chatterjee official.
