Chandigarh: The Punjab High Court and Haryana have upheld the decision of the upperor’s family court who gave a divorce to a man who was physically challenged by a 50% hearing loss and used a hearing aid, which had claimed that his weight had dropped from 74kg to mentally cruelty by his wife .
Destroying the appeal submitted by the man’s wife with the command of a family court, HC mainly relied on the fact that all complaints and criminal cases submitted by the woman against her husband and his family were found wrong, which amounted to mental cruelty.
The division bench, which consisted of justice on Bahri and Justice Archana Puri, passed the order while rejecting the appeal filed by a woman from Hisar, looking for the arrangement of orders on August 27, 2019, through which the family court had allowed her husband’s request and was given a divorce.
The couple married in April 2012 and had a daughter.
The man worked at the bank and the woman was a teacher in a private school in Hisar.
Their daughter lives with her father.
The alleged wife of abuse in Hubby, in the law of the man’s case was that his wife was hot and wasteful and never tried to adjust in his family.

During hearing this case, HC found that the woman had left her husband in 2016 and also left her daughter at Matrimonial’s house and had never tried to meet him.

The High Court also found that false complaints were also submitted by the woman against her husband and family members.
