https://t.co/wBj04IoZ9Y— HDFC Bank News (@HDFCBankNews) 1623744531000The newest glitch comes in a time once the creditor’s IT infrastructure is currently beneath the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) audit following a set of technical issues reported.
HDFC Bank is predicted to contact the banking regulator about the way that it’s addressed recurrent problems on its own electronic banking system.
In February, RBI made an outside company to perform a special audit of its information technology (IT) infrastructure.
Back in December 2020, the RBI had prohibited HDFC Bank from fresh electronic releases and issuance of new credit cards before it addressed its own electronic problems.
The RBI had asked the bank board to recognize lapses and fix liability.
The RBI’s directive came after a lengthy outage of electronic services after a power outage in the lender’s main data center.
