Lucknow: Head of AIMIM Asaduddin Owaisa has been ordered for allegedly eliminating communal harmony, making an unpleasant statement against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Minister of Yogi Adityanath, and did not respect the national flag, police said on Friday.
Two firs are registered at the Head of the All India Majlis-e-Itthad-Ul-Muslimeen (AIMIM) at the Barbani City Police Station on Thursday night after his party’s public meeting in Katara Chandana Baradari.
First FIR of Owaici and the Organizers of the Public Meeting were registered under the IPC 153A section (promoting hostility on the basis of religion, race, etc.), 188 (ignoring the order of public servants), 269 (negligatory actions tended to spread dangerous diseases for life), 270 (action A ferocious that is likely to spread disease infection) and epidemic acts are slapped against them, the Barbanki supervisor said from Yamuna Prasad police.
Then at night, the other FIR was submitted against them because of insulting the national flag during the public meeting, Kotwali said Amar Singh.
They have been accused of wrapping tricolor on a pole on the dialy during the meeting instead of stretching it, Singh said.
Regarding other parts worn on Owaici, Barbanki SP said Covid guidelines were violated by Hyderabad MP – on masks and social distance – by regulating a large crowd at public meetings.
“In his speech, Chairman Aimim made a statement to eliminate communal harmony and said the 100-year-old RAM Sanehi Mosque was destroyed by administration and the rubble was also removed.
This is contrary to the facts,” SP said.
