Vasco: BJP President of Sadanand State Shet Tanavade keeps Karakakartas guessing in Vasco on Wednesday when he fends questions about whether MLA Carlos Almeida will be renominated as party candidates for party selection.
“We have no right to talk about party tickets.
The election committee we decided on party tickets, and their decisions were accepted by everyone,” Tanavade said.
Tanavade was questioned during a question during a press conference against the background of speculation in the political circles that the former member of the City Council of Vasco Krishna alias Daji Salkar emerged as a prospective.
Tanaavade recently visited several areas in Vasco looking for support for the party.
During his visit, BJP triggered a former member who had left the party during the board selection and contested either independently or on other party banners.
“Workers who get lost have realized have realized that our party is the best platform, and so have rejoined us,” he added.
