Head of Hizbul 2 Putra, 19 other J & K staff fired for terror links

New Delhi: Administration J & K has fired two Pakistani-based Hizbul Mujahidin sections Syed Syed Syasuddin, who were employed in various departments, based on article 311 because of alleged involvement in the case of terror funding.
The second is between 19 J & K government staff who ended as part of the review conducted for the past one and a half months of the case based on article 311 (2) (C), with a view to cleaning the administration UT element both worked in kllandat or advancing the activities of terrorist clothing , according to officials.
While eight people, mostly associated with the J & K Department of Education, fired before, services 11 government employees have now been stopped “for the sake of the nation”, said a source.
Two Putra Salahuddin – A most sought-after terrorist and subject of the prohibition of individuals under the law activity law (prevention) that violated the law – was Syed Ahmad Shakeel and Shahid Yousuf.
While Shangel was employed as a laboratory technician at the Institute of Medical Science Sher-e-Kashmir (SKIMS), Srinagar, Yousuf worked with the Ministry of Agriculture.
“Nia has tracked the trail of Shakeel terror funding and Yousuf who was found involved in raising, accepting, collecting and transferring funds through the Hawala for the activities of the terror of Hezbul Mujahidin,” said a source.
Salahuddin has five sons and two daughters.
Javed Yousuf works as a computer operator at the Zonal Soibugh Education Office, Wahid Yousuf is a doctorate in Skims and Majid Yousuf who works in the Institute of Entrepreneurship Development.
Naseema is a government teacher at Budgam and Akhtara an art teacher in Soibugh.
Administration J & K under LG Manoj Sinha has assigned the designated committee to research and recommend cases based on article 311 (2) (c).
In the second and fourth meeting, each recommended three and eight cases, for terminating from government services.
Four of the 11 employees were dismissed in the latest episodes working in the Ministry of Education, two in police J & K and each in agriculture, skills development, power, skim and the Ministry of Health.
The three officials recommended for dismissal at the second meeting of the panel covered the orderly ITI, Kupwara, who was the alleged land worker (OGW) from Lashkar-e-Taiba terror clothing.
Two teachers at Anantnag were found to participate, support and spread the ideology of the pendant.
Eight government staff recommended for dismissal at the fourth meeting of the panel including two J & K police suspected of supporting terrorist activities.
One police officer, Abdul Rashid Shigan, even carried out attacks on security forces.
Other employees with terror links, Naaz Mhammad Alaie, are orderly from the Ministry of Health but also work as OGW Hezbul Mujahidin.
He allegedly harbored two scary terrorists at his residence.
Two employees of the Ministry of Education, Jabbar Ahmad Paray and Nesar Ahmad Tanray, are allegedly involved in the sponsor’s agenda of Pakistan.
Shaheen Ahmad Lone, an Inspector in the Department of Power J & K, allegedly smuggled and transports weapons for Hezbul Mujahidin.
