“When I insisted, Kumar persuaded me to be a member of HRCI and adjusted money in membership expenses.
In January 2019, he gave me an identity card and sticker, as well as a membership certificate stating that HRCI was certified by NHRC and CVC,” Vaish said.
He added that Kumar continued to make the reason for showing a certification paper by NHRC and CVC.
“I then learned that no organization issued such certification and the letters that I gave fake,” Vaish.vaish wrote to NHRC and CVC regarding this issue in March 2019.
In September, he received a reply from the second commission.
Confirm that the certificate is fake.
“The certificate I was given is a fake oath certificate.
Anyone can get an oath certificate by registering online and taking an appointment,” Vaish said.
Over the past year, Vaish has filed a complaint with the NHRC, CVC, the office of the Prime Minister and even the President.
On Thursday, a case was finally registered at the Sector 50 police station under the Section 465 (forgery), 468 (forgery for fraud) and 471 (using fake documents) from IPC.
