MOHALI: The body of a predator was exhumed by a farmland adjacent to the farmhouse of both Punjab chief minister in Siswan at Mohali on Sunday.
The head is not yet been traced.
Three farmers are booked at the murder case, of which two were detained, said that the senior superintendent of police Satinder Singh.
The victim was recognized as Sucha Singh (40), resident of Choti Badi Naggal village at Mullanpur.
Those detained are Satnam Singh resident of Parole village and Des Raj resident of Choti Badi Nagal village whereas Jagir Singh alias Ghora is too high, said superintendent of government, rural (SP) Ravot Kaur Grewal.
The sufferer was married and is survived by a spouse, an 18-year-old son, along with two small daughters.
SP stated Sucha was lost since June 12 along with his missing record was enrolled at police station on June 14.
According to her, the human body has been buried at a farmland along with his toes, which have been observable, weer seen by a few passersby who advised the authorities.
The authorities exhumed the body simply to discover the mind missing.
The victim was diagnosed with his clothing he was wearing as well as the entire body structure by the household members of the victim, said the authorities.
The authorities said Sucha together with Satnam Singh, Des Raj and Jagir Singh alias Ghora, all small-time farmers moved to get drinks on June 12.
Since Sucha owed a little funds to Jagir, they had an altercation and then each of the three supposedly penned him with a sword and also afterwards buried his body at a vacant property nearby CM’s farmhouse at Siswan.
Authorities have reserved each of the three below sections 302 and 201 0f that the IPC in Mullanpur police station and also the hunt for primary accused Jagir in on.
The detained two will soon be made in the courtroom on Monday.
