“We don’t want people to interpret this as a sign of decline.

“Most people in the ICU are unknown,” said the expert of the infectious disease Dr Subranda Swaminathan.
“We told people not to prescribe,” said Public Health Director Dr.
Selvavinayagam.
“We have the capacity to test three lakh RPCR a day.
