MySuru: Seven urban bags – two in MySuru, three in Chikkamgalauru and one each in the Kodagu and Mandya District – and three rural areas – two in Kodagu and one in MySuru – are between the 20 top Covid hit zones in Karnataka.

In the category of rustic, Metagalli in MySuru, Horur and ThanniMani in Kodagu have witnessed more cases compared to other cities in each city area calculated from the list.
Special teams are formed to monitor carefully testing, quarantine and enforcement of strict covid behavior.
There is a Covid outbreak in the residential area in the Taluk and the spread is contained with strict steps, explaining DHO.HD Kote reported 33 cases and krishnarajanagar 80 cases in the last four weeks.
The number of infections is less relative.
Therefore similar steps are being enforced to reduce the pacititant rate by filtering all the main contacts.
But DHO clarified that it was not a cluster outbreak case.
Like Metagalli in Urban MySuru is located close to a group of hospitals including district hospitals, Covid cases are continuing to report.
Kushalnagar Koodagu has reported 102 cases and in Narasimharajapura Chikkamagaluru and Mudigere each recorded 58 and 54 cases in the past four weeks, according to the data released on September 6.
