MySuru: Health and educational parameters of scheduled caste and tribes scheduled in Karnataka have increased, with a score above the national average.
This is in accordance with the research conducted by the University of Mysore (UOM) researchers.

According to Usha Rani, the significant feature of the Karnataka model is that the growth of social indicators correlates with economic progress.
The country shows better performance in the creation of employment opportunities, infrastructure development and distribution of land among those who are marginalized.
Although it is recognized as an IT hub and exporting a high percentage of software, Karnataka has promoted inclusiveness in developing by creating more employment opportunities, he added.
Usha Rani noted that Karnataka outperformed Kerala and Gujarat in certain parameters.
