Jaipur: A 14-year-old hearing and speech, which was found at the Jodhpur train station in April and lived in the children’s shelter there, has not been able to return home for Punjab which is allegedly due to lack of cooperation from the welfare department’s child in that state , The boy was believed from Punjab because he had identified photos of golden temples and buses standing in Amritsar and Attari.
The authorities here have asked permission from the Rajasthan Child committee to go to Attari in Punjab to find the boy’s house.
According to officials, they have not been able to find out how the boy reaches Jodhpur.
Sangeeta Beniwal, Chairman, Rajasthan Commission for Children’s Rights Protection, “Besides being hearing and significant speech, the boy, which we call Gopi, is very smart and active.
However, he could not tell us about how he arrived here or how long has sincee since he left the house.
Because the image was shown, he did confirm that he was from Punjab.
Unfortunately, the child’s commission department does not work well together.
“Although state officials advertise and provide information about the boy, they have not received a response any.
The counselor also failed to get information from children.
Officials stated that they would continue to make efforts to get more details about the background and bring them home.
Recently, a girl without an 11-year-old mother, who fled from a house in Jaisalmer for a month, was found to live in a children’s shelter at Vidisha Madhya Pradesh.
Even though the Children’s Commission Rajasthan asked his colleagues to send the girl home, he hadn’t returned.
The girl apparently escaped from home because she was beaten regularly by her father.
The girl joined a group of Ragpickers and was seen at the Vidisha train station by a school teacher who took her to the shelter.
